Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund of any classes you have not yet taken within 30 days of your order date. Classes that have already been delivered are not refundable, because the service has already been performed.

• 12 hours or more before the class starts: you can cancel or reschedule at no cost. The class credit stays in your balance and you can use it for another date.
• Less than 12 hours before the class starts, or if you do not show up: the class is charged and deducted from your balance. That time slot was reserved exclusively for you and can no longer be offered to another student.
• If I have to reschedule for any reason, you get the class moved to a new time at no cost, or the credit returned to your balance immediately — your choice.

The $10 trial class is fully refundable any time before the class takes place. Once the trial class has been delivered, it is not refundable.

You can cancel the automatic renewal of a monthly plan at any time, and you will not be charged again. Classes already delivered in the current cycle are not refundable; classes you have paid for and not yet taken can be refunded within the 30-day window described above.

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund you can:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
• email me at sessions@professionalspanishtutor.com and I will handle it with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

The $5 processing fee applied at checkout (on monthly plans and from the third individual class in the same calendar month) covers payment and platform costs. It is refunded together with the order when a full refund is issued for a class that has not been delivered.
